Jack’s Story

Meet Jack Ohlemacher.

December 5, 2000 to April 10, 2021

Jack Ohlemacher was a 20-year-old young man who passed in April of 2021 from fentanyl poisoning. On a Saturday, Jack’s family came back home from their spring break trip in which Jack decided to stay home to take off their dog, Piper, whom he loved dearly. Jack was found on the couch with his dog, Piper, leaving their family heartbroken.

Before his passing, he got into a major ATV accident which led to the death of his close friend. Also right before Covid, his uncle, John O’Flanagan passed away from fentanyl poisoning. With all of the devastating losses and trauma, Jack continued to put on a brave face for his family and friends. He found solace in going to the job that he loved and spending time with his family.

Jack’s family described him as confident, ambitious, compassionate, and loyal to the people he cared about. They are forever grateful for the great times they had together during his life.
